Classic Vinyasa - 75 Min - Intermediate & Seasoned - Because we rise from challenge like a lotus does from muck.
Practice a complete 75 minute classical vinyasa including salutation flow, basic and advanced postures held for 5 counts, balances, inversions, pranayama, Shakti Naam, meditation and teachings from Patanjali's Yama and Niyama ethical precepts set forth in first and second of the eight limbs of yoga, as well as other classical yogic texts. Mary highlights lots of modifications in advanced practices like Class Vinyasa so that each practitioner can practice at the pace that suits him or her that day and still get the benefits of a vigorous practice.
Meridian Flow Vinyasa - 70 Min - Rising Intermediate (lots of modifications offered), Intermediate & Seasoned - Because a meridian focused practice moves blockages through places we never knew needed nurturing.
A 60 minute balanced vinyasa practice including flow, longer held postures, pranayama, Shakti Naam, Chinese medicine meridian point self stimulation healing techniques and completing with deep relation.
Gentle Yoga - 60 Min - All Levels - Because sometimes doing less to receive more is exactly what we need to Self Love.
A 60 minute deeply healing slow meditative practice for all levels including gentle sacral and spinal kundalini movements, a series of poses held for 10 minutes supported on props, complimented with pranayama, chakra nourishment, Chinese medicine meridian point self stimulation healing techniques, and meditations from various areas of study. Blankets and pillows will work fine in place of bolsters or blocks.
Breathe, Meditate & Restore - 30 Min - All Levels - Because the real unraveling happens within a loving space of stillness.
Breathe & Meditate practice includes a 10 minute pranayama technique and 20 minutes of deeply healing meditations from Classical Hatha Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Shakti Naam, and Buddhism practices to lead the practicer to gently uncover the blissful true self.
About Face to the Heart Meditation - 15 Min - All Levels - Because its imperative to have a pocket full of go to techniques to keep the mind humbly bowing to the heart and resting in its bliss.
