The R.A.I.N acronym, meaning Recognize, Allow, Investigate and Non-Identifaction, is a simple and effective 4-step Buddhist mindfulness tool used to work through hardships and associated challenging emotions and thoughts. When combined with yoga techniques R.A.I.N. is an efficient meditation tool to redirect to mind to the heart so we can tap the well of compassion within, reap the most benefits from our practice to be of service to all.
Each session will begin with a short Dharma talk about the symbolisms of the rain and the lotus flowers with Buddhism, followed by guided meditation incorporating the R.A.I.N method, and the THROAT CHAKRA & THIRD EYE CHAKRA balancing.
This program is free and supports profound wisdom, beauty shared through the peace teachings of Tibet House US, founded at the request of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, its retreat center, Menla, his Holinesses requested project inspired by the ancient Buddhist kingdom of Tibet.
