Yoga rooted in ancient text like Pantanjali's Sutras and Hatha Yoga provide physical and subtle body and mind practices to cultivate presence, union, and compassion on the path to Samadhi. Buddhism's wisdom stemming from Buddha's sutras give us tools to work with our own mind afflictions and show up with more clarity, acceptance and compassion. The kinship cultivates a mind, body, heart harmony approach to life.
Join Mary's complimentary 30 minute winter kinship meditation practices on zoom the first Monday of each month at 12 P.M. EST. Sessions will combine restorative yoga asana, pranayama, subtle body practices and Buddhist meditations.
